In late May 2011 our home’s 10-year-old original equipment system froze up in a 100-degree heat wave. It had never really cooled the house completely, and Aire Serv found out why – it was too small and the indoor and outdoor units were not matched correctly for SEER rating. We made the jump to a 16 SEER energy efficient system inside and out and WOW has it made a difference. Even in 100-degree heat it doesn’t run 1/3 as much as the previous AC because it actually cools the house! Never knew what I was missing. Can’t wait to see the lower energy bills. Nick and Keith did a great job making sure everything was spec’d right and the Aire Serv technicians got it right the first time. Keep up the good work!

I purchased a heat pump from Aire Serve in August 2007. I contacted Aire Serv in July 2011 because it wasn't cooling my house properly. Robert Haga responded. He has gone above and beyond to help me. The first time he was here, he fixed the primary problem only to discover another one He told me that he would call me when he heard from the heat pump manufacture. True to his word he did and spent about 4 hours trying to repair it. The air was working but it was making a terrible noise and the thermostat wasn't working properly. He came out today to replace the thermostat and do what the manufacture told him to do with the motor.H was here about 3 hours only to discover that I needed a new fan motor. The motor I needed was in mass production and it would be at least several weeks before he had one. That didn't stop him from helping me. He got a generic motor to put in so I would have some a/c since the temp is 105. He came back out about 6:30 pm the same day to install it.It took him at least an hour. He still had a smile on his face and he told me that he would keep me informed on the progress of the correct motor. I know he will because he has done everything he told me he would do from day one. I can't say enough wonderful things about Mr. Haga. He is certainly an asset to Aire Serv and gives me faith that the company will make it right. While I'm not too happy with the unit I purchased from Air Serv (Tappan)in 2007, I am extremely happy with Robert. He had done everything he can to make my unit work. You can tell that he really cares about his customers and for that I am extremely grateful. I must also add that the ownership of Aire Serv was under someone else when I purchased my unit but the new owner is still trying to make everything right. That is what I call quality customer service!!! I would certainly recommend Aire Serv. Thank you Robert for your expertise and your caring attitude!!!! You deserve a big fat raise!!!

Aire Serv is awesome! James came out to my house to do a tune up and did a thorough investigation of my unit and let me know that it was still running well. He explained everything to me in terms I would understand which I appreciate! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for superior service and fantastic prices.

Since the summer of 2010 when Aire Serv became our AC service provider, they have been on time, courteous and very informative on all of the issues we have had.
